| Popis: | Ademar Seabra de Cruz Jr. has a law degree from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro and Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia. Antonio Ricardo F. Cavalcante has a degree in International Relations from the University of Brasilia and is presently preparing for a diplomatic career at the Rio Branco Institute of tle Ministry of Foreign Relations in Brasilia. Luiz Pedone received his Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is presently Chairman of the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Brasilia.
