FEATURES OF CEREBRAL VENOUS HEMODYNAMICS IN ACUTE CEREBROVASCULAR DISORDERS

Popis: 282 patients who have diagnosed with is chemic stroke(IS)in the basin of the inner carotid artery(medium severity)were examined in the early recovery phase.In 237 patients was detected venous cerebral dysfunction (VCD) in various degrees which correlated with the expression of cognitive impairment, decreased memory and emotional response. VCD was determined according to the results of the questionnaires, reoencephalographyand duplex scanning.Inversely proportional relationship between the VCD severity and the velocity of blood flow in the extraand intracranial arteries has also been identified
