ÐÑи моделиÑовании и ÑаÑÑеÑе конÑÑÑÑкÑий бÑли иÑполÑÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ñ Ñакие пÑогÑÐ°Ð¼Ð¼Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑÑ, как Autodesk Revit, Lumion, и SCAD. РезÑлÑÑаÑом ÑабоÑÑ ÑÑало ÑоÑмиÑование конÑепÑии ÑеноваÑии и пÑиÑпоÑÐ¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ из коÑпÑÑов ÐиговÑкого 50. ÐÑли опÑÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñе обÑÑмно планиÑовоÑнÑе ÑеÑениÑ, пÑедложено ÑеÑение по наÑÑÑойке манÑаÑдÑ. Ðомимо ÑÑого, бÑл ÑазÑабоÑан пÑÐ¾ÐµÐºÑ Ð±Ð»Ð°Ð³Ð¾ÑÑÑÑойÑÑва ÑеÑÑиÑоÑии комплекÑа. The subject of the graduate qualification work is âThe concept of reconstruction and adaptation of the complex "Warehouses of the Northern Insurance Company. Kokorevâs warehouses"â was proposed by a competition for awards of the Government of St. Petersburg for the implementation of diploma projects on the instructions of the executive bodies of state power of St. Petersburg. This work is devoted to the development of architectural, space-planning and design solutions to increase the usable area of the above-mentioned complex of historical buildings, as well as to adapt the adjacent territory for modern use. For the graduate qualification work, was used the materials of the Committee for State Control, Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments, also some of the materials were given by the Owner of the object. There were up-to-date drawings of buildings, historical and legal information. The historical reference of the research area and the analysis of existing architectural solutions were compiled on the basis of the materials mentioned above, also with their help it was possible to assemble a digital model. In the modeling were used such software complexes as Autodesk Revit, Lumion, and SCAD. As a result, was formed the concept of renovation and adaptation for one of the buildings of Ligovsky 50. New space-planning solutions were identified, and also was proposed a solution for setting up the attic. In addition, a project was developed for the improvement of the territory of the complex. |
