Popis:	Thailand's development strategy has changed from growth-oriented to holistic people-oriented development. A new paradigm shift is evident in the 11th national development plan with creativity and knowledge as drivers of growth. The Thai experience shows that to achieve inclusive growth, human resource development through lifelong learning and joint research is important. So is harmonisation of logistics and ASEAN Economic Community, and cooperation in managing risk from natural disasters and environmental problems.
