Popis: | Positron annihilation has been used in a study of the annealing of molybdenum samples irradiated at 60°C to doses of 2·16 × 1018 and 10·6 × 1018 fast neutrons/cm2, and at 110°C to a dose of 2·11 × 1018 fast neutrons/cm2. Isochronal annealing of these samples produced changes in the positron characteristics from which it was possible to identify the defect mechanisms involved in the different annealing stages and their dependency on irradiation conditions. |
