Recorrendo asimplicacoes epistemologicasda perspectiva do ponto de vista feminista, tensiono os paradoxosentre o saber criminologico e o feminista no pais,com objetivo de avancar na criticainterseccionale possibilitar caminhos de escuta ativa de pesquisadoras/es e atores do sistema de justica criminal. Abstract In this article, I question how we can, between privileges and oppressions, listen to voices that echoes from the margins, their yearnings and demands before the criminal law. Drawing on the epistemological implications from a feminist standpoint, I stress the paradoxes between criminological and feminist knowledge in the country, in order to advancein intersectional critique and provide avenues for active listening by researchers and actors of the criminal justice system.
