Popis: | This paper presents a compact triple-band planar antenna. The prototype is based on a printed dipole which is excited with Split Ring Resonators (SRRs) as resonant elements to get three frequency bands. To validate the proposed design, an experimental prototype has been manufactured and measured. Good agreement is achieved between simulation and measurements showing that the proposed antenna has three distinct bands that cover the entire WLAN bands at 2.40 GHz and 5.8 GHz and future PMSE access for video link applications at 7.2 GHz. |
