Popis:	Data fusion and specific visualization of CT and SPECT are important for diagnosis and research purposes. Selected problems are considered in the paper and are related to the developed CT–SPECT Analyzer software. Hierarchical mapping with SPECT priority for maximum value of rays is applied in this software. Three variants of color mappings are presented. Some practical aspects related to low quality of CT are considered also. The most promising is the rainbow gradient with gamma curve adjustment.
