Popis:	Colorectal cancer risk factors increase with age, comorbidities, delayed diagnosis, obstruction, emergency and frailty. Surgery is the standard treatment as the survival rate for this pathology is the same as in young patients. It would appear that there is an excess morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer surgery in the elderly. Early rehabilitation is to be favoured during the postoperative period.
