The aim of the work is to develop a business plan to create a small business enterprise in the field of road haulage and to assess the economic efficiency of the project. The object of the work is a small business enterprise in the field of road haulage. The subject of the work is an assessment of the economic efficiency of the business project. The following tasks were completed in the course of the work: 1. Studying of theoretical foundations of creating a small business enterprise and assessing its economic efficiency. 2. Researching of road haulage market in St.-Petersburg. 3. Working out a business plan for motor transport enterprise. 4. Assessment of economic efficiency of the enterprise. 5. Carrying out risk analysis of the project. As a result of the work the business-plan of the enterprise was made considering the required investments. Based on the research it was concluded that the project is profitable and beneficial to owners and investors. |
