The article analyzes the problem of interpersonal interaction in the process of joint activity, which has been and remains one of the most important problem in social, organizational, managerial and educational psychology. Based on the classifications of the partners in the joint activity (“unwanted”, “complex”, “viral”, etc.) were identified characteristics and evaluation criteria for the indicated types and behavioral strategies. The aim of the study was supposed to develop, on the basis of the characteristics of the manifestation of the process of professional reflection in conditions of problematic interaction, a two-sided universal model for correcting self-awareness, evaluating and choosing a strategy for behavior in such situations. |
