Popis:	This paper discusses the application of FT-Raman spectrometry for investigating different biologically important molecules such as amino acids and proteins in both the solid and native states. The utility of FT-Raman spectroscopy for examining structural changes in biomolecules, resulting from environmental changes such as pH, temperature and chemical reactions is demonstrated.
