Popis:	The state uses legal tools to manage forest resources, as forests play a particularly important role in human survival and development. This paper focuses on forest management meeting the requirements for sustainable development in Vietnam. By using two main research methods: documental analysis method and secondary data analysis, we have clarified the current situation of the forest management meeting the requirements for sustainable development in Vietnam in recent years. In addition, we point out the actual situation of Vietnam's forest resources. On that basis, we give some recommendations for forest management meeting the requirements for sustainable development in Vietnam in the coming time.
