Popis:	(1) Different types of solid media for electrophoresis—one of them being original—have been used for the analysis of the serum proteins of the brachyuran crustacean Macropipus puber (L.). (2) The best separation of the serum components was obtained by using a complex gel of Sephadex G-200—agarose and hydrolysed starch with a Tris-glycine buffer (ph 8·7).
