Popis:	To the Editor.— I enjoyed the article by Robert L. Brent in Pediatrics (1992;90:50-57) on the changing role and responsibilities of chairmen. The article is a "must read" for anyone contemplating the job—and for anyone who used to have the job (like me). As usual Dr Brent has shown the insight we have all admired for years. Keep up the good work.
