The object of the research is a cafe-confectionery in St. Petersburg. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop a project for opening a cafe-confectionery in St. Petersburg. When writing the work, the essence, the basics of business planning and methods for assessing the effectiveness of an investment project were considered. Based on the analysis of the confectionery market, the main competitors were identified. Measures were developed to attract the largest possible number of buyers and it was revealed that the main competitive factors are the range, price level and location of the confectionery. The organizational and production plan of the project has been developed. The discount rate, the net present value of the project and the payback period have been calculated. The analysis of the project risks was carried out and the primary measures to reduce them were proposed. As a result, it was found that the project is expedient and the payback period will be 2 years. |
