Transverse surface waves in piezoelectric crystals of classes 622 and 422

Popis: The influence of a biasing electric field, and of the temperature in the region of a phase transition, and of conducting or dielectric isotropic solid layers on transverse surface wave propagation along the piezoelectric substrate surface of crystal classes 622 and 422 are considered. It is shown, that not only the transverse surface wave velocity but the surface wave existence depends on these parameters.
