Popis: A forward-looking technology of wear resistance and low dust for the panel cutting should be further developed. Since the panel is a composite structure of a polarizing plate and a glass, it has a hard and brittle inherent nature. Although the laser cutting method can be finished, but because of the high cost and processing rate is low and so on, it is very difficult to be widely used by the industry. Hence, wire cutting is not only the key technology with more competitive market but also the great economic output. Based on this, the speed must be increased before the cutting wheel contacts the panel for reducing the variability of the initial cutting. In order to achieve a high level of cleanliness, the wear resistance of the drive element must be increased to reduce the generation of wear dust. Therefore, both of wear-resistance and low dust must be improved in the future. Moreover, effects of frictional heat on the wear must be taken into account. Therefore, the optimization drivers of polymers with steels for the panel cutting are investigated in this paper. By this way, the panel cutting technology with the high level of dust-free and long-term use of will be developed in line.
