This article reviews the literature about the influence of family and educational environment as well as biological, and cognitive factors, on the emotional balance and mental health of the adolescent, and the importance of socio-emotional development. Adolescence is a stage of age that is still unstable and emotionally vulnerable, in which there are many challenges and internal conflicts, and the approach of inappropriate education styles can impact the emotional universe and its balanced development. |
