Popis: In this study, a generalization of Ailamujia distribution namely Power-Lindley Ailamujia (PLA) distribution is proposed. Some statistical properties of the proposed model are discussed. The proposed distribution is more flexible and has increasing, reverse J and bathtub hazard rates. The parameters are estimated by the method of maximum likelihood estimation (MLE). Application and simulation are performed to validate the usefulness of the proposed distribution and ML estimators.
