Popis:	This research study has been carried out for investigating the impact of organizational power on team effectiveness and team cohesion during Covid-19 in case of Turkish healthcare sector. The research study was carried out on the basis of quantitative research method, based on which primary data was collected from 299 supervisors working in Turkish healthcare sector through questionnaires. The analysis has revealed that there is a significant impact of organizational power on team effectiveness as well as team cohesion. It is the responsibility of leaders and supervisors working in Turkish healthcare sector to use right type of power in order to influence effectiveness and cohesion of teams.
