Simulation of the ECG Signal Based on the Analysis of the Spectrum of Its Standard Components

Popis: The complexity of the ECG signal as an object for modeling has led to a wide variety of proposed mathematical models that allow solving this problem. However, most of the methods are not applicable to simulation. The proposed solution made it possible to obtain the ECG signal generator as a block of the standard library in the Simulink. This generator can be used as a source of simulation signal in the synthesis of models of devices for processing cardiographic signals and evaluating their effectiveness. The developed module can generate both a normal cardio signal and a signal with specified parameters of specific peaks and segments. Generation of an ECG signal for some types of pathologies has shown the adequacy of the synthesized signal to real cardio signals.
