Popis:	Dear Sir, Orbital myositis is a very rare extraintestinal manifestation of Chron's disease that can precede and even persist after treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.1 Pathogenesis is unknown, but is probably related to underlying immune-mediated processes. A few case reports of orbital myositis in patients with Chron's disease have been reported.2–4 We present a patient with this rare extraintestinal manifestation of Chron's disease in whom adalimumab therapy was successful for the long-term control of gastrointestinal and orbital inflammation.
