ÐÑоанализиÑована оÑганизаÑÐ¸Ñ ÑбÑÑовой деÑÑелÑноÑÑи пÑедпÑиÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ñ Ð¾ÑганизаÑионной и ÑкономиÑеÑкой позиÑии. РазÑабоÑÐ°Ð½Ñ ÑекомендаÑии по ÑовеÑÑенÑÑÐ²Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾ÑганизаÑии ÑбÑÑовой деÑÑелÑноÑÑи и ÑаÑÑÑиÑана динамика пÑибÑли пÑи ÑеализаÑии даннÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑопÑиÑÑий. ÐÑоведено планиÑование оÑновнÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñелей деÑÑелÑноÑÑи ÐÐР«ÐÑеÑниÑи ÐÑÑпп» Ñ ÑÑеÑом ÑеализаÑии пÑедложеннÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑопÑиÑÑий. The object of research of this work is the enterprise âEternity Groupâ LLC. The purpose of the graduate qualification work is the study and analysis of sales organization processes and, based on the study, the development of recommendations for improving the activities of the enterprise. The paper considers the approach to the organization of sales at the enterprise âEternity Groupâ LLC. Given the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise, investigated its external environment of activity. Analyzed the organization of marketing activities of the enterprise with the organizational and economic position. Developed recommendations for improving the organization of marketing activities and calculated the dynamics of profits in the implementation of these activities. The planning of key performance indicators of âEternity Groupâ LLC was carried out considering the implementation of the proposed measures. |
