Popis:	Coronary artery stenosis is a very rare condition in women of childbearing age without previous risk factors for atherosclerosis. A case of severe isolated bilateral coronary ostial stenosis, which manifested itself as a clinical presentation of unstable angina, was described. It led to the hospitalization of a 34-year-old woman in the cardiology hospital. Further examination revealed syphilitic origin of vascular lesions.
