Popis:	Field-induced transitions in the Spin-Peierls compound TTF-AuBDT are studied by means of NMR and specific heat measurements. The data agree qualitatively with the presence at low temperatures of an incommensurate solitonlattice state above a critical field Bc = 2.25 T.
