Voltage-current and signal characteristics of a rf-SQUID operating in the non-hysteretic regime when k 2 Q1 > 1 are studied experimentally. The coefficients of amplitude (10 12 V/Wb) and phase (2.7x10 12 V/Wb) transfer are obtained for the SQUID with the quantization contour inductance 2x10 −10 H excited at the 30 MHz frequency. |
