Popis: | The paper studies seasonal and long-term variability of the number of positive and negative anomalies of total ozone (TO) for the whole globe, the Northern Hemisphere, Russia, and the latitude zone it belongs. Satellite data are used for the research. It is found that the long-term variability of TO is significantly higher than the seasonal one and is caused by the slowest tidal oscillation with a period of 18.6 years and by the parametric resonance with it. The analysis of the residuals of results of seasonal and long-term simulations for similarity to white noise demonstrates that other contributions to these values, if present, are significantly below the detection threshold for modern global monitoring tools. |
