The article is dedicated to a current topic today the comorbidity of recurrences of pulmonary tuberculosis and alcohol dependence as the most significant risk factor for the development and prognosis of relapses.In order to study the pathogenetic peculiarities, the clinical-epidemiological characteristic and the effectiveness of the treatment of pulmonary TB recurrences associated with alcoholism and homelessness (homeless people), the demographic, social and clinical structure of 139 patients was analyzed.It has been established that the management of these patients is very difficult due to the relationship and mutual influence of pulmonary TB, alcohol abuse and lifestyle. The harmful effects of alcohol abuse have led to high levels of polymorbidity and the potential risk of side effects, poor patient compliance, and frequent treatment interruptions, which reduce the effectiveness of treatment and lead to an unfavorable prognosis. Therefore, the problems of detecting, diagnosing, counseling and correcting the lifestyle of comorbid patients with recurrent pulmonary TB require special attention and a detailed study by a wide range of specialists, and patients need a personalized approach, due to the significance their social and epidemiological. |
