123I-labelling of iodophenylalanine derivatives

Popis:	Two new N-acylderivativs of l-p-iodophenylalanine have been synthesized for labelling experiments with 123I. Applying a recently published isotope exchange method based on a solid phase reaction, labelling yields of more than 50% were achieved. The labelled product could be purified by HPLC and were shown to be free of significant radio-chemical impurities.
