Popis: 1. A number of polypeptides of regular structure have been synthesized by the method of activated esters (p-nitrophenyl, 2,4,6-trichlorophenyl, 2,4,5-trichlorophenyl, pentachlorophenyl, pentafluorophenyl, 3-hydroxypyridine, 8-hydroxyquinoline, and hydroxysuccinimide). 2. A comparative evaluation of activated esters in the synthesis of polypeptides of regular structure is given. 3. Pentafluorophenyl, 3-hydroxypyridine, 8-hydroxyquinoline, 2,4,5-trichlorophenyl, and hydroxysuccinimide activated esters are used for the first time in the synthesis of polypeptides of regular structure. 4. Models of the collagen structure: (gly-pro-hypro)n, (gly-hypro-hypro)n, and (gly-ala-hypro)n have been synthesized and the obtained polypeptides have been shown to be isomorphous with collagen.
