Popis: Multiple sewage treatment systems are used in Huabei Oilfield Water Injection Station. This paper mainly studies the high efficiency air flotation filter unit sewage treatment system, find the root cause of the problem of low water quality compliance rate after treatment, and research based on the original process flow, how to optimize and transform the problem link to achieve the goal of improving the water quality compliance rate. By simulating the on-site sea sand filtration device, the appropriate nodes are selected for water quality monitoring and analysis, Screen the best dosing concentration of corrosion and scale inhibitor, PAC and PAM, add cleaning agent to clean sea sand, increase secondary sedimentation and other methods to improve the treatment effect. Studies have shown that at the optimum dosing concentration, the addition of an appropriate amount of sea sand cleaning agent can greatly improve the treatment efficiency. The addition of cleaning agent can enhance the reclaiming capacity of sea sand and prolong the service life of sea sand; Secondary settlement reduces oil sludge production. Through the above series of methods, the ultimate goal is to achieve cost savings and improve the water quality compliance rate of oilfield produced water.
