| Popis: | Onychomycosis is one of the most common infections of the nail. It can be caused by dermatophytes, Candida species and other fungi. Although moulds can cause onychomycosis, they account for a minority of cases, mainly great toenail onychomycosis. We describe a case of an 11-year-old girl who developed an onychomycosis by Chaetomium species in second and third toenails. |
