Popis: Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: Франшиза как эффективная форма инновационного развития бизнеса (на примере ООО «Британская Кондитерская на Большом 80»). Объектом исследования выступает предприятие ООО «Британская Кондитерская на Большом 80». Предметом исследования является франчайзинг как форма инновационного развития бизнеса. Цель работы состоит в разработке совершенствования инновационного развития ООО «Британская Кондитерская на Большом 80» по средствам франчайзинга. В соответствии с поставленной целью, Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ решить следующие задачи: – изучить теоретические основы использования франчайзинга; – дать организационно-экономическую Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÑƒ ООО «Британская Кондитерская на Большом 80»; – провести анализ внешней и внутренней среды организации; – проанализировать финансовые показатели организации ООО «Британская Кондитерская на Большом 80»; – разработать мероприятия по внедрению системы франчайзинга в организации ООО «Британская Кондитерская на Большом 80» и оценить эффективность данного мероприятия.В результате работы были проанализированные основные финансовые показатели предприятия. Была разработана система внедрения франшизы в Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ функционирования исследуемого предприятия, доказана эффективность Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð°Ð³Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€. Описанные в работе исследования и предложения могут быть использованы на практике в предприятии.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Franchise as an effective form of Innovative business development (on the example of LLC “British confectionery on the Bolshoy 80”)”. The object of the study is the enterprise LLC “British Confectionery on the Bolshoy 80”. The subject of research is franchising as a form of innovative business development. The purpose of the work is to develop the improvement of the innovative development of LLC “British Confectionery on the Bolshoy 80” through franchising.In accordance with the goal, the following tasks must be solved: - study the theoretical basis of franchise use; - give the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC “British Confectionery on the Bolshoy 80”; - analyze the external and internal environment of the organization; - analyze the financial indicators of LLC “British Confectionery on the Bolshoy 80”; - develop measures to implement the franchise system in the organization of LLC “British Confectionery on the Bolshoy 80” and assess the effectiveness of this event. As a result of the work, the main financial indicators of the enterprise were analyzed. A system for introducing a franchise into the mechanism of operation of the studied enterprise was developed, the effectiveness of the proposed measures was proved. The studies and proposals described in the work can be used in practice in the enterprise.
