| Popis: | We present the case of a 32-year-old man with Lyme carditis and a complete atrioventricular block who was successfully treated four weeks with ceftriaxone. Atrioventricular block resolved completely and now after two years of follow-up he remains healthy with no atrioventricular conduction disturbances in a 24-hour ECG monitoring. |
