Popis:	Congenital nasal masses are rare anomalies. Infections resulting from these lesions put the patients at risk of life-threatening intracranial complications. Therefore, early diagnosis and surgical resection is recommended to minimize the risk of complications. The literature on versatility of transnasal endoscopic approach to manage intranasal meningoencephalocele at such young age group is sparse. To the best of our knowledge, this is the youngest patient reported in the literature to be treated successfully with this approach.
