Формирование методологической и ИТ-поддержки проекта по управлению инвестиционной деятельностью нефтеперерабатывающего предприятия

Popis: Целью исследования явилась проектирование, разработка и внедрение автоматизированной системы по управлению инвестиционной деятельностью нефтеперерабатывающего предприятия. Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО ПО «Киришинефтеоргсинтез» (ООО «КИНЕФ») (г. Кириши). Предмет ВКРпринципы и Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ к управлению инвестиционной политикой ООО «КИНЕФ». Методы исследования: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ. Основные результаты исследования: − проведено тщательное обследование объекта исследования, описана организационная структура, существующее программное обеспечение и ИТ-решения на предприятии; − осуществлен сбор информации о Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð°Ñ Ð¸ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð°Ñ Ðº управлению инвестиционной политикой на объекте исследования; − описан процесс планирования Ð¸Ð½Ð²ÐµÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð², исполнения Ð¸Ð½Ð²ÐµÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼ на объекте исследования; − описан процесс разработки и внедрения автоматизированной системы «Планирование и контроль инвестиций», позволяющей управлять инвестиционной деятельностью на объекте исследования; − рассчитана оценка эффективности выполнения проекта по разработке и внедрению автоматизированной системой «Планирование и контроль инвестиций» на объекте исследования; − доказана эффективность проекта по разработке и внедрению автоматизированной системы «Планирование и контроль инвестиций» на объекте исследования на основании расчет оценки эффективности проекта. Область применения результатов ВКРявляется область по проектированию, разработке и внедрению Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð², в частности Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ как для Ð½ÐµÑ„Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ€Ð°Ð±Ð°Ñ‚Ñ‹Ð²Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ , так и для Ð´Ñ€ÑƒÐ³Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¼Ñ‹ÑˆÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¹. Научной новизной исследования является применении описанного в работе Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð°, который ранее не мог быть использован, позволяющего осуществлять процесс управления инвестиционной деятельностью предприятия с помощью автоматизированной системы. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего развития исследования. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны.
The purpose of the research was to design, develop and implement an automated system for managing the investment activities of an oil refinery. The study was carried out on the basis of LLC PO Kirishinefteorgsintez (LLC KINEF) (Kirishi). The subject of the thesis are principles and approaches to managing the investment policy of KINEF LLC. Research methods: Applied general scientific research methods: content and comparative analysis. The main results of the study: − a thorough survey of the research object was carried out, the organizational structure, existing software and IT solutions in the enterprise are described; − collection of information on methods and approaches to investment policy management at the research site; − the process of planning investment projects, execution of investment programs at the research site is described; − the process of development and implementation of the automated system "Investment Planning and Control," which allows to manage investment activities at the research site, is described; − evaluation of the project performance for development and implementation by the automated system "Investment Planning and Control" at the research site is calculated; − Proved the effectiveness of the project for the development and implementation of the automated system "Investment Planning and Control" at the site of the study based on the calculation of the project effectiveness assessment. The field of application of results is the field of design, development and implementation of software products, in particular information and automated systems for both oil refineries and other industrial enterprises. The scientific novelty is using the approach described in the thesis, which could not previously be used, allowing the enterprise investment management process to be carried out using an automated system. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. Prospects and directions of further development of the study are justified. The results obtained have signs of scientific novelty.
