Popis: | Closed-loop, semiflexible anterior chamber intraocular lenses, particularly the Stableflex lens, have been increasingly associated with corneal decompensation. Due to the formation of synechiae around the haptics in the angle, such lenses can be difficult to remove during penetrating keratoplasty. We describe a technique for the safe removal of the Stableflex intraocular lens. |
