Entrepreneurship in Russia has seen a broad development over the past twenty years, but currently it is still being developed as one of the most important strategic resources and domestic sources of the development of national economy. This is evidenced by a high level of unemployment, low innovation activity of Russian enterprises and weak economic growth in comparison with other developing countries (Li 2008). Despite the presence of production factors – natural, human and investment resources, the process of formation of entrepreneurial environment in Russia is developing at a slow pace. |
