The synthesis of 5-[3-{2-(7-chloroquinolin-2-yl)ethenyl}-phenyl]-8-dimethylcarbamyl-4,6-[6-35S]dithiaoctanoic acid at a specific activity of 1350 Ci/mmol is reported. This compound is a reagent suited for selective affinity binding studies at the LTD4 receptor. |
