Popis: | Attitude towards sleep-promoting behaviour is generally measured with explicit assessement tools. The addition of an indirect measure, capturing processes that operate at the automatic level, might improve the ability to predict sleep behaviour. We developed two types of implicit association tests to assess attitude towards sleep-promoting behaviour: an evaluation IAT (E-IAT) and an identification IAT (I-IAT). This study aims to examine if the E-IAT and/or I-IAT are an adequate measure to indirectly assess attitude towards sleep-promoting behaviour. To do so, we will compare both IATs on their construct validity. See the component 'Study Details' on the OSF Storage of this project for more details. |
