This work is dedicated to the development of diesel engine internal combustion engine capacity of 750 kW. In this work the working process of the engine, the forces and moments arising in the elements of the engine, the balance analysis and the strength analysis of crankshaft, connecting rod and piston pin were calculated. On the basis of calculations the longitudinal and cross plans of the engine were designed. 1.Overview of trends and innovations in the development of modern internal combustion engines and the selection of a prototype for the designed engine. 2. Calculation of the working process of the engine, construction of the indicator charts. 3.Calculation of the loads on the main and connecting rod journals, as well astheir bearings, construction of Tolle diagrams, Brix diagrams, detailed and vector pressure diagrams on the main, connecting rod journal of the crankshaft, as well as the main and connecting rod bearings, as well as analysis of engine balance. 4.Calculation of the strength of the crankshaft; strength calculation of the crankshaft, connecting rod and piston pin. 5. Development of schemes and calculation of engine systems. 6. Turbocharger calculation As a result, a 750 kW diesel engine was created, drawings and systems diagrams were developed. Based on the studies, it is possible to manufacture these engines, as well as modernization of existing ones. |
