Popis: INTRODUCTION. This work is focused on the ethical development promoted in the Degree of Business Administration and Management, which is taught at Spanish universities. We have analysed the ethical development that they intend to achieve in this degree from the information that appears in the different curricula. We consider that much of what can finally happen in the university classrooms where this degree is taught will be conditioned by the previously determined training intentions. METHOD . Curricula are analysed with a matrix of data with all the universities that offer the official degree studies of Business Admnistration and Management, both at public and private institutions. RESULTS. The study shows the low ethical development in Business Administration and Management studies, which are offered mainly through elective subjects. DISCUSSION. The interpretation of the results points to the evaluation of ethical development as a complementary and non-constituent element of university education. Nevertheless, the consideration of the good professional appeals to the ethical consideration in addition to the conceptual-technical domain, so it would be interesting to analyse the ways capable of promoting an excellent and integral education in an area as important, socially speaking, as the Degree in Business and Administration.
