Popis:	We report a case of a 45-year-old woman with successful management of cervical ectopic pregnancy using ultrasound guided suction evacuation and balloon tamponade. The case report owes its significance to the high morbidity and mortality associated with this form of ectopic pregnancy in our environment, because of misdiagnosis and late presentation.
