Popis: | Two new pulse sequences are presented for the acquisition of DEPT–HMQC spectra, based on the original experiment of Kessler et al. The new sequences employ modifications intended to make the experiment well suited for high-throughput acquisition and automated analysis. The sequences use coherence selection with gradients to reduce artifacts and constant-time evolution to suppress unwanted F1 modulation. In addition, the new sequences require fewer pulses than the original experiment, and perform well even when pulse lengths are slightly mis-set. Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. |
