The impact of the averaged albedo and the according uncertainties in measurements on the energy density of bifacial systems are investigated. The overall uncertainty ± in the given example is calculated. Considering an average albedo value of 0.25 in the period of two hours, the albedo range is between 0.238 and 0.263 for green grass on the campus of the TH Köln. The relative error is -4.93 % and +5.18 %. Considering a power density calculation applying the One-Diode-Model, this equals a power density range of +/- 4.81 %. An additional error is derived out of the comparison of an average albedo model to a resolved albedo model, it concludes in a 3.6996 % higher mean albedo over the year, which resolves in a 1.1151 % higher power density.
