Popis: | This paper deals with the methodology of synthesizing information systems such as Situational Control Systems of forces and means, assigned to ensure effective action in crisis situations. The basis of the method is the hypothesis that any complex system can be considered as a set of processes to support needs. Systems components integration is carried out in a matrix manner with the help of infocommunication network. The Specialized Operations Center provides configuration and control of communication matrix state. Information-cybernetic cycle is represented. |
