Popis:	Hepatitis B, one of the major public health problems today, can lead to chronic liver transplantation followed by treatment with immunosuppressants given in combination with monoclonal antibodies. Single chain variable fragments (scFv) are antibody products suitable for this type of treatment. Thus, this work presents the beginning of the humanization process of two clones of murine monoclonal antibodies, 19DD1AE3 and 19CC6CG2, obtained by the Monoclonal Antibody Technology Laboratory of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation.
