The reaction 12C(d, n0)13N and 12C(d, p0)13C at deuteron energies from 2.7 to 3.2 MeV

Popis: The differential cross sections of the 12 C(d, n 0 ) 13 N and the 12 C(d, p 0 ) 13 C reactions have been measured in the deuteron energy range from 2.7 to 3.2 MeV. The data could be fitted assuming a direct and a single resonance amplitude. The parameters of the compound resonance are consistent for both reactions. For the 12 C(d, n 0 ) reaction the analysis gives Γ = 65±10 keV, E R = 3.02±0.02 MeV and for the 12 C(d, p 0 ) reaction Γ = 77±10 keV and E R = 3.01±0.02 MeV.
