Popis: | In this paper the results of spectroscopic studies and nonlinear optical properties characterization of blackcurrant and bilberry natural tinctures as well as their solutions and thin films with deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) are reported. The spectroscopic properties were characterized by UV–Vis and fluorescence analyses. The third order nonlinear optical properties (NLO) of DNA bio tinctures were determined by the third harmonic generation technique at 1064.2 nm. Their optical damage thresholds have been also calculated. |
